Mileage Compensation:
A charge of 50p per mile driven

Warranty Reimbursement:
Full retail value for any complimentary warranty coverage provided

Change of owner ship:
£100 ownership transfer charge


Vehicle Inspection Process:
All returned vehicles undergo our comprehensive 72-point inspection to verify:
• Original condition is maintained with no new damage
• Mileage corresponds with service documentation
• All original components and documentation are present

Claims Procedure:
Notification must be made within 24 hours of fault discovery

Complete return of all vehicle items including:

All sets of keys
V5C registration document
Full service history
All original accessories
Inspection will be completed within 5 working days
