All returned vehicles undergo our comprehensive inspection to verify:
Inspection will be completed within 5 working days.
Notification must be made within 24 hours of fault discovery.

The refund will be processed within 28 working days (after inspection).
Refunds will include the full purchase price and deposit, subject to any applicable deductions outlined under Section 2 (Fair Usage Adjustments).
